Vintage Hair Style For Men :1930's S wave

Hello Vintage Lovers!!
Today I will be showing you a vintage hair style for men : 1930's S wave ..( although like I said before you need to have your hair a lot longer in the front to do a vintage hair style for men) My model he his hair is not long enough to get a "True" vintage hair style. But it will give a general view of how it should be combed.

What you need is:  Hard To Hold Gel, a styling comb.

1) comb thru the gel

2) part hair (any side) ( deep part)

Take the side you parted and brush (swing it) toward the back and place your fingers on the hair.
then still with finger still at same place on the head. swing the part you combed back forward.
Then repeat on other side.

finish
( like I said his hair is not long enough, but if it is you will get a better effect :)

Hope you enjoyed my hair how to. I'm sorry if it didn't came out quite as good.
If you have any questions, I would love to answer them for you.

Vintage Hair For Men : Elvis Pomp

Hello There Vintage Lovers!
Today I will show all those retro guys how to do a pomp!
Here is what you need:
Styling comb, pomade (grease)

Before Picture ( This is my Uncle Willy, he does not have the pomp hair cut which is longer on top and shorter every where else)

Work in the pomade in to the hair ( Excuse my very unvintage short nails.. they are messed up) :)

Brush front hair forward and up, this will give height to the front of the hair.

After you brush the front of the hair upward. Carefully brush the tail end of the front downward , to blend in with the back of the hair. Then push your pomp forward to get a nice rounded bump.

Now brush down the sides of you hair . ( John Travolta style)

Finished Result! (although the front of his hair isnt as long as it should be , it could be a style that could transtion to a full pomp when grown out. )

Here Is some other pictures of men with pomp hair!

Ricky Nelson with a parted pomp

I hope you enjoy one of my Vintage mens Hair How To!

Blue Butterfly Hat! Outfit Post!

Hello Vintage Darlings!!
Today I want to show you my vintage Blue Butterfly outfit post!! I love this hat it heavy enough for winter and fall but also still airy for early spring!!Everything I am wearing is from the 50's!! :) The dress I am wearing is SO warm and cozzy . It was really cold and windy, so that was a plus to have a warm dress!!
I am also wearing this new lipstick that is from the line 'no7' its more of a blue red lipstick. I like it alot , its stays forever no smudge or any thing!!! :)
Here are some photos!!!
Check them out!!

First set your hair in medium sized rollers. All rollers are facing down.

Rollers being taken out

Then brush your hair in a medium low ponytail. Not to high nor not to low.

Take a section of hair from your tail, and wrap it around 1 and a half.

Pin the wrapped section in to the tie.

If you have banged tease them just a bit

Brush fringe to the side.

Finish with hair spray!!
